2026-27 Competition Season Begins Sept 1!
Are you ready to step out of the classroom and into the shoes of an aerospace engineer?
This fall, trade your Saturday morning screen time for real-world countdowns! The Fire Rocket Challenge—a high-energy, hands-on rocketry program — is built specifically for students in grades 5 through 12.
Whether you're completely new to STEM or dreaming of SpaceX and NASA, this eight-month Saturday morning adventure will give you everything you need to design, build, test, and launch your own custom rockets into the sky!
Custom Engineering: Construct custom rockets from nose cones to fins.
Master Flight Physics: Learn how model rocket engines, thrust dynamics, and trajectory paths work in real-time.
Safety & Recovery: Build parachute and streamer recovery systems for pinpoint landing accuracy.
The Final Competition: Put your work to the ultimate test on Competition Day as your team competes for maximum altitude and flight stability!
Check out the Competition Overview and Register your team.
Teams can join the challenge from anywhere in the United States!
