Our program is designed to be an inclusive environment to engage diverse youth from underrepresented and under-resourced groups in STEM activities and encourage them to pursue a career in a STEM field, i.e., aerospace. Implementation of culturally responsive strategies and activities will support students of various races/ethnicities, genders, socioeconomic statuses, and physical or mental abilities.
